Adoption.com requires all Rich-Media banners and pop-unders to be in an swf (flash) format. Specifications for the different file sizes can be found below.

Leader Board (728x90)
Image Banners
Dimension:	728x90 (728 pixels wide by 90 pixels tall)
File Formats:	jpg, gif
File Size:	35k maximum file size
Flash Banners
Dimension:	728x90 (728 pixels wide by 90 pixels tall)
File Formats:	swf (must be created inside Macromedia Flash)
File Size:	Up to 35k initial load Up to an additional 50k may be loaded after 10 seconds have passed since initial load or user moves their cursor over.
Audio/Video:	No Audio/Video

Tower (160x600)
Image Banners
Dimension:	160x600 (160 pixels wide by 600 pixels tall)
File Formats:	jpg, gif
File Size:	35k maximum file size
Flash Banners
Dimension:	160x600 (160 pixels wide by 600 pixels tall)
File Formats:	swf (must be created inside Macromedia Flash)
